Ownership Change for FabricAir.

To our Business Connections

We are very pleased to announce to all our business connections, that FabricAir has
been bought by the company’s Managing Director, Brian Refsgaard.
FabricAir is acquired from Norwegian Veidekke ASA and the ownership change is
made effective retroactively to 1st January 2005.

FabricAir is well positioned to meet future challenges. During the last previous
years the company has made a series of investments. We are now beginning to feel
the impact of these investments and we have great expectations to the future.

The relocation of our production facilities to Lithuania has now been successfully
completed. We are even making considerable expansions of our production
facilities in order to meet the steadily increasing demands for our products. The
organization in both Denmark as well as abroad has been optimized continuously
and our experienced team of employees will, also in the future, be qualified
sparring partners.

The development of an entirely new Product Program has been completed and will
be implemented during this spring. The new product program and our cost-
effective production combined with our possibilities for detailed documentation of
the air distribution (CFD), is contributing in making the competitive capability of
FabricAir A/S unique.

Also in the future, we will strive to be market leading with new efforts and we look
forward to a continuously favourable co-operation.

Kind regards
FabricAir

Brian Refsgaard
Managing Director
