Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Manager to join our coming Swedish organization. The candidate will be a key person in building up our future sales structure in Sweden. The position requires a successful and proven track record from an HVAC or Refrigeration solutions provider. The right candidate has an entrepreneurial attitude and knows what it takes to establish a customer base in a new market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and budget responsibility for Sweden.
  • Establish and develop sales in the region by working closely with architects, consulting engineers, contractors and facility owners.
  • Quoting, follow up and selling projects to different customer segments.
  • Work closely with Inside Sales, Engineering, and Marketing to provide good customer connectivity.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for the region together with the Sales Manager Nordic Countries and corporate Marketing.
  • Attend sales meetings and report market developments.
  • Represent the company at tradeshows.

Essential Skills and Experience

  • You have a “hunter” profile with strong sales drive and want to win.
  • Technical knowhow obtained from a combination of education and practical knowledge.
  • Min. 5 years of experience with project and solution orientated sales in HVAC or Refrigeration.
  • Knowledge from both specification based sales and design build contracting.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Ability to travel extensively in your sales region.
