FabricAir® Combi

By using an optimized weaving technology, the engineers have created an exceptionally strong, lightweight fabric that has an exceptionally long service life.

This air dispersion system does not emit any particles into the air stream. Oeko-Tex, an international association for research and testing, has certified the FabricAir® Combi, as Standard 100, free from any substances harmful to humans or the environment. It is machine washable and easy to remove and

so it can be kept immaculately clean with a minimum of effort.

This fabric comes in four variations. Because the FabricAir® Combi 60, 70 and 80 woven polyester material is porous and nonmetallic, there is no risk of condensation. FabricAir® Combi 90 is coated non-permeable. FabricAir® Combi 80 and 90 are treated with an antimicrobial agent. FabricAir® Combi 70, 80 and 90 are flame retardant.

PROPERTIES SPECIFIC TO EACH FABRIC

Flame Retardancy FabricAir® Combi 70, 80 and 90 are flame retardant according to a number of standards.

Permeable Fabric FabricAir® Combi 60, 70 and 80 are permeable fabrics. The duct gently breathes the conditioned air through the full permeable fabric surface ensuring a gentle exit velocity. This avoid condensation.

No Condensation Full duct surface air leakage on FabricAir® Combi 60, 70 and 80 prevents condensation settling on duct even during extended cooling temperature differences in high humidity areas. Condensation is common in metal-based air ventilation systems but does not form on permeable fabrics.

Anti Microbial FabricAir® Combi 80 and 90 are treated with an active antimicrobial agent. So, in addition to not providing places where microbes can breed, FabricAir® Combi 80 and 90 also kills microorganisms.

Warranty Because of FabricAir® Combi’s exceptional strength, we are able to give it the best warranty in the industry – 10 years non-pro rated.

Lowest Shrinkage The fabric retains its shape after washing having a maximum shrinkage of just 0.5%. This is the lowest on the market (FabricAir® Combi 60•70•80•90).

Fully Washable FabricAir® Combi is fully washable in a washing machine. This ensures top class hygiene and IAQ improvement.

FabFlow™ Air exits gently through duct surface (Combi 60, 70 and 80).

PerfoFlow™ Air exits at a medium velocity from the perforations (Combi 90).

MeshFlow™ Air exits at a medium velocity from the linear vents (All Combi).

SonicFlow™ Air exits at a medium to low velocity from the linear perforations (Combi 90).

OriFlow™ Air exist at a high velocity from the large orifices (Combi 90).

NozzFlow™ Air exits at high velocity from the air directional nozzles (All Combi).
