What does FabricAir® Provide
that other fabric duct suppliers do not?

Sales Catalog, Better fabric ducts pages (pdf 1.7 mb)

Our fully integrated Engineering Services Package is designed to
provide maximum benefits through our consultative approach
to the business of selling effective air distribution systems.

Air Throw

As part of our ongoing R & D we have developed the
Directional Air Nozzle to give extended air throws
where needed. The nozzles are designed with an
"engineered" throat to give maximum throw at low
duct static pressure. This technology is unique to
FabricAir®, and is often imitated by others.

The Best
Warranty in
the Industry

We offer the best warranty in the business
– a solid 10 year NON-PRORATED, no-nonsense
warranty for both FabricAir® Trevira and
FabricAir® PUR 100. This underpins our belief in
the quality of FabricAir® products.

CFD Technology saves time

This technology enables you to see the results of the chosen
air distribution system long before it is built and is a
valuable tool in ensuring that only the right system is finally
installed on the project. FabricAir® provides you with a
number of unique alternatives for your final selection and will
systematically guide you through the various stages of selec-
tion and engineering of our broad product range.

All FabricAir® ducts are manufactured
with a unique serial tag number
identifying individual duct pieces,
making the job of installing sections
easy. Tag numbers are registered in
our CAD/CAM facility enabling quick
manufacturing turnaround worldwide
for shipping of spare parts.

Quality Certificate

FabricAir® is a UL-registered
firm which means that we fulfill
ISO 9001:2000.

CAD drawing
CAM manufacturing

As part of our submission package we lay out all important
details of the duct system on CAD drawings, showing individual
duct tag numbers for easy site identification. Duct sizes, lengths
and associated fittings are detailed for your final approval.
After final approval the accepted duct details are fed into
our CAM system for timely manufacture and shipping to your
project site.
