As of 01.01.2002 the company FabricAir Ltd. will take over the marketing of our products in Great Britain. The company, which is a 100% subsidairy of FabricAir, will be a part of our efforts to strengthen our already good position in the region.
Since the mid 80's FabricAir has been represented in Great Britain by the Danfoss owned Dean & Wood Ltd., but for strategic reasons we have chosen to establish our own subsidiary.
"We have great expectation to the British market, which in future will be one of our more important regions. With the establishment of FabricAir Ltd. we have created the corner stones for future growth in the market.", says managing director Brian Refsgaard.
Wellknown People Continue
With the establishment of FabricAir Ltd. changes will be made, but there will not be big changes in personel. FabricAir Ltd. has chosen to enter into aggreements with the contacts persons that up to now have been responsable for FabricAir A/S products in Great Britain.
