All-in-one

Optionally, FabricAir® Combi can be supplied with All-in-One support hoops, which keep the duct open permanently.

ZIPPERS

The sections are assembled with heavy-duty industrial zippers, discretely hidden under an extra seam.

TAG NUMBERS

Each duct section is labeled with a tag number, which indicates the order of assembly. Furthermore, it contains an id-number, which makes the tracking easier.

SAFE MOUNTING

Fabric ducts connect onto sheet metal systems secured with a pinch-down duct belt.

FabricAir® Combi

By using an optimized weaving technology, the engineers have created an exceptionally strong, lightweight fabric that has an exceptionally long service life.

This air dispersion system does not emit any particles into the air stream. Oeko-Tex, an international association for research and testing, has certified the FabricAir® Combi, as Standard 100, free from any substances harmful to humans or the environment. It is machine washable and easy to remove and

 

so it can be kept immaculately clean with a minimum of effort.

This fabric comes in four variations. Because the FabricAir® Combi 60, 70 and 80 woven polyester material is porous and nonmetallic, there is no risk of condensation. FabricAir® Combi 90 is coated and non-permeable. FabricAir® Combi 80 and 90 are treated with an antimicrobial agent. FabricAir® Combi 70, 80 and 90 are flame retardant.

Flame Retardancy FabricAir® Combi 70, 80 and 90 are flame retardant according to a number of standards.

   

Permeable Fabric FabricAir® Combi 60, 70 and 80 are permeable fabrics. The duct gently releases the conditioned air through the entire fabric surface. This ensures a gentle exit velocity that prevents condensation.

   

No Condensation Air emanates from the entire duct surface of FabricAir® Combi 60, 70 and 80. This prevents condensation forming on the duct surface during extended cooling with high temperature differences, even in high humidity areas.

   

Antimicrobial FabricAir® Combi 80 and 90 are treated with an active antimicrobial agent. In addition to not providing an environment where microbes can breed, FabricAir® Combi 80 and 90 also kill these microorganisms.

Warranty Because of FabricAir® Combi’s exceptional strength, we are able to offer the best warranty in the industry: 10 years.

   

Lowest Shrinkage The fabric retains its shape after washing having a maximum shrinkage of just 0.5%. This is the lowest on the market (FabricAir® Combi 60•70•80•90).

   

Fully Washable The fabric is washable as well as oil and water repellant. This ensures a high level of hygiene and at the same time provides a healthy indoor climate. Our simple suspension systems allow for ease of installation and rapid removal for washing and servicing.
