FLOW MODEL: FabFlow™

Gentle supply of air through the entire surface of the fabric.

FLOW MODEL: MeshFlow™

Air supplied through side vents.

FLOW MODEL: NozzFlow™

Air supplied through precise air-directional nozzles.

ZIPS

Sections are joined using heavy-duty industrial zips discreetly concealed beneath an extra seam.

TAG NUMBERS

Each duct section is labelled with a tag number to indicate the installation sequence. The tag also includes an ID number to facilitate tracing.

SECURE ATTACHMENT

The fabric ducts are attached to the metal joint using a hard-wearing pinch-down duct belt.

PERMEABLE FABRIC

Available in several permeability grades, which helps to ensure precise system dimensioning.

NO CONDENSATION

Temperate air emanates from the entire duct surface, preventing the formation of condensation on the surface. The fabric is particularly well-suited for cooling.

NORMAL COMBUSTIBILITY

The fabric is classified as normally combustible in accordance with the standard

• DIN 4102 (B2)

FabricAir® Basic will benefit your budget. Because it is a permeable fabric, air is dispersed into the room from the entire surface of the fabric (FabFlow™). This results in a controlled, moderate air velocity. By regulating the fabric properties and the air volume permeating the surface, we ensure a draught-free supply of air to the occupied zone.

FabricAir® Basic does not develop any condensation, as is commonly associated with metal air-dispersion systems. Condensation is a problem because it provides good growing conditions for bacteria. A FabricAir® Dispersion System made of permeable condensation-free fabric is ideal in the food industry where health hazards caused by bacterial

or dripping into food products must be avoided.

Fabric dispersion systems are cleaned in a washing machine which additionally enhances the level of hygiene. Dismantling to clean and subsequently reinstalling the dispersion system are fast and easy.

FabricAir® Basic is classified as normally combustible and complies with the terms of standard DIN 4102 (B2). The selection of standard colours is limited. The shrinkage is only 0.5%, the best on the market. The permeability is guaranteed not to deviate by more than 5%, also the best on the market.

FabricAir® Basic is available with the following flow models: FabFlow™, MeshFlow™ and NozzFlow™.

FULLY WASHABLE

The fabric is washable as well as oil and water repellent and ensures top-grade hygiene and a healthy indoor climate at the same time.

PRIS INDEX: G

Indicates the price level compared to our other fabrics.
A: Most expensive.
L: Least expensive.

LOW TOLERANCE

The guaranteed maximum permeability deviation of 5% ensures a stable flow of air from the fabric.

LOWEST SCRINKAGE

Maximum shrinkage: 0.5% (best on the market) - the fabric retains its shape after washing.
