ZIPS

Sections are joined using heavy-duty industrial zips discreetly concealed beneath an extra seam.

TAG NUMBERS

Each duct section is labelled with a tag number to indicate the installation sequence. The tag also includes an ID number to facilitate tracing.

SECURE ATTACHMENT

The fabric ducts are attached to the metal joint using a hard-wearing pinch-down duct belt.


FLAME RETARDENCY

The fabric is classified as flame retardant in accordance with the following standards:
• DIN 4102 (B1)

• BS 5438:1989 (2A+2B)

Indicates the price level compared to our other fabrics.
A: Most expensive.
L: Least expensive.

FabricAir® Poly is a cost-effective alternative to not only our other fabrics, but particularly compared to other types of air-distribution system, especially those based on sheet metal. FabricAir® Poly is a non-permeable fabric. It is primarily used in heavy-duty industrial settings. This rugged duct material is excellent for supplying fresh or heated air to employees

working in areas filled with dust, smoke or hazardous vapours. The fabric is also used for temporary installations such as marquees.

FabricAir® Poly is classified as fire retardant according standards DIN 4102 (B1) and BS 5438:1989 (2A+2B).
