Cable suspension is economical and simple to install, because few tools are required, etc. Cables are strung crosswise between the end walls for both single suspension and double suspension.
For single suspension, plastic hooks mounted at the top of the duct, i.e. at 12 o’clock, snap onto the cable.
For double suspension, the hooks are snapped onto both cables, in this case mounted at 3 and 9 o’clock.
While cables are economical to install, they require a little more work to dismantle and reinstall than H rails and T rails.
