All-in-One for better looking ducts

All-in-One for better looking ducts

All-In-One is an ingenious solution to a problem associated with classic fabric ducts. The system consists of semi-circular hoops that are sewn into pockets on the exterior of the duct. This allows the duct to stay "inflated" even when there is no air flowing through it. The hoops come pre-installed from the factory, which significantly reduces installation time compared to the systems offered by other manufacturers. All-In-One also diminishes the shock associated with inflating ducts in a system without a soft start, otherwise known as "duct pop".
All-In-One can be used with cable, H-rail and T-rail systems.

Regular systems (Classic H-rail) with single suspension turn flat when the air is shut off. This is not the case with All-in-One systems. Only a slight change of the circular shape occurs with All-in-One when the air is turned off

Type 1 cable suspension is used to suspend classic as well as All-In-One FabricAir ducts.

Type 3 T-rail suspension is convenient frequent laundry, as it is quick and easy to remove and replace the ducts.

Type-5 H-rail suspension is a method of suspending FabricAir ducts. The H-rail, so named because it looks like a H in the cross section, is made out of anodized aluminum, making it an excellent choice for corrosive environments.

Hoops for suspension are used in conjunction with the All-in-One systems. The hoops are made of anodized aluminum and help to keep the duct from "cheating" towards the center of the duct when there is no airflow.
