T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin ulusal ye\u015fil bina de\u011ferlendirme sistemi olan YeS-TR de bu yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131; i\u00e7 ortam kalitesinden yap\u0131 malzemelerine, ya\u015fam d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc de\u011ferlendirmelerinden bireylerin konforuna kadar bir\u00e7ok ba\u015fl\u0131k alt\u0131nda ele al\u0131yor. Belirli kriterlerin belge ve kan\u0131tlarla kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131na dayanan bu sistem, her proje i\u00e7in zorunlu olmasa da 1 Ocak 2026 itibar\u0131yla 10.000 m\u00b2\u2019yi a\u015fan yeni kamu binalar\u0131nda zorunlu hale gelmesiyle birlikte \u00f6nemli bir referans noktas\u0131 haline gelmi\u015ftir.
