Joachim Kienzler holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) from the University of Ulster, Northern Ireland, and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, USA. He began his career at Plaut International Management Consulting GmbH in Munich, where he specialized in business process optimization and ERP system implementation.<\/p>\n
In 2005, he joined Kienzler Textile Ventilation GmbH, a well-established, family-owned company in the textile ventilation industry, first in a part-time role and then fully in 2011. Over two decades, he was instrumental in developing advanced calculation methods for textile ducts, pioneering CFD-based airflow analysis, and building together a strong network of partnerships across Germany, neighboring European countries, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia. Through his valuable involvement in shaping the company’s strategy and development, he supported Kienzler Textile Ventilation in establishing itself as a recognized market player in Germany.<\/p>\n
