FabricAir is a globally recognized leader in the textile industry, specializing in Air Dispersion Systems made from fabrics. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented individual to join our Global Supply Chain team as a Productions and Materials Planner.

Job Objectives:
The applicant will play a crucial role in our Global Supply Chain department, reporting to the Global Supply Chain Manager. This position requires close collaboration with our production team, global internal sales organizations, and international suppliers. Therefore, exceptional interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and meticulous attention to detail are essential qualities for success in this role.

Assignments:
Production Planning
– Conduct capacity planning and production scheduling to ensure timely replenishment of deliveries
– Maintain production plan.
– Collaborate closely with Production Preparation and Supply Chain to determine the earliest order start for production.
– Facilitate effective communication and coordination between Production and individual Sales Departments worldwide, including necessary adjustments in our ERP system after order control.

Procurement
– Check availability and place purchase orders of textiles and accessories.
– Maintain regular contact with suppliers and monitor delivery schedules.
– Invoice control.
– Collaborate with our global logistics department on import-related matters.

Other Tasks:
– Perform cost calculations and maintain data in ERP system.
– Oversee internal trade between sites using the ERP system.
– Assist in customer invoicing.
– Manage miscellaneous ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
– Relevant higher education, such as a degree in Production Technology, Production Engineering, or a related field.
– Insight into the textile industry and familiarity with sewing techniques is an advantage.
– Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
– Previous experience in production planning and coordination is preferred.
– Proficient in working with an ERP system, with a strong command of the Microsoft Office package, especially Excel.
– Detail-oriented mindset with a strong emphasis on quality consciousness.
