FabricAir acknowledges the importance of protecting any personal information we may receive from those who engages with our company, products and services. FabricAir respects your privacy. We want to make you comfortable with our privacy policy and the security measures that we take to protect your personal information.
If you provide personal information to FabricAir, we will treat it according to this policy; thus we encourage you to read through it.
We are aware of our responsibility to society in general and to our individual customers and website visitors. We respect the privacy of personal data and the concerns that individuals may have about the use of their data. In those cases where we collect and use personal data (name, address, contact information), we apply the very best practices such as double opt-in, etc.

Data collection – when, where, what and why:

Website
By using the FabricAir website, you consent to the collection and use of your information by FabricAir as set forth in this policy.
We use cookies on our website. We may collect personally identifiable information, including name, title, company, address, e-mail address, phone numbers, etc. when a visitor registers or hands over such information on the website, e.g. by subscribing to our newsletters or requesting for more information about new products. FabricAir does not require this information to obtain access to any part of the website that is open to the public.
We do not share cookie data, or related user behavior, with any third party, except Google Analytics (please see below). Neither do we allow the use of third-party cookies (cookies that are created, managed and analyzed by a separate entity, possibly providing some service to the organization hosting the website) on our website.

Google Analytics
When you visit www.fabricair.com we use a third-party service, Google Analytics collects standard internet log information and details about behavior patterns. We do this to get insights that will help us improve the visitor experience, e.g. the number of visitors to the various parts of the site tells us which topics our audiences might want to know more about. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Social Media
We use the standard Social Media channels, incl. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Vimeo, YouTube, Xing and WeChat. They have their own set of data protection policies, which we encourage you to read. These media may have built in analytical tools, which we use to improve the visitor experience.

Newsletters
We use marketing automation platform Force24 to deliver our newsletters worldwide. They have their own privacy policy, which we encourage you to read: Force24 Privacy policy.  Through Force24 platform, we gather statistics about email opening, clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve the contents of our newsletters. The newsletter subscription lists contain personally identifiable information, including a name, title, company name, company address, e-mail address, phone numbers and point of contact. You can unsubscribe using the link in the footer of any of our newsletters.
We don’t rent or trade email lists with other organizations and businesses.

HR and application procedures
In connection with job vacancies we solicit applications and resumes from potential candidates. These will contain any data the applicant chooses to provide. In so far that the applicant follows our application procedure by forwarding the application and resume by email, clearly marked with a unique job number, to our job specific email address, the application can only be accessed by the Hiring Manager, relevant HR personnel and our CEO – in confidentiality. We keep applications and resumes on record up to 6 months after the vacancy is filled at which time the job box incl. all emails and attachments is deleted.

Professional business information
In conducting our daily business, we may receive personal contact data from potential and existing business contacts and stakeholders, e.g. though the exchange of business cards. This information is stored in our CRM and ERP systems.
Authorized third parties may need access to some of your personal information. For example, if FabricAir needs to ship a product to you, we have to share your name and address with a shipping company.
We do not give permission for such third parties to use your personal information. FabricAir does not otherwise share your personal information with third parties unless you grant us permission to do so. We don’t rent or trade contact lists with other organizations and businesses.

Cookie management
FabricAir and its third-party providers set and use cookies and similar technologies to store and manage user preferences, deliver targeted advertising, enable content, and gather analytic and usage data, for example, the use of cookies and other tracking technologies is standard across websites and apps through which information is collected about your online activities across applications, websites, or other services.
You can manage website cookies in your browser settings, and you always have the choice to change these settings by accepting, rejecting, or deleting cookies.
If you choose to change your settings, you may find that certain functions and features will not work as intended. All browser settings are slightly different, so to manage cookies, you should refer to the relevant settings within your browser.

Under GDPR, you have the right to view, amend, or delete any personal information that we may hold.
We would like your help to ensure that the personal information you provide to us is correct and up-to-date. Changes to this policy
We reserve the unilateral right to update, modify, change and alter our privacy policy. All such updates, modifications, changes and alterations are binding on all users and browsers of the FabricAir website and will be posted here.
