The FabricAir® VarioDuct™ provides different flow models for cooling and/or heating purposes. It is tailored with an internal membrane that separates the two airflows.
Fabric duct systems are lightweight and arrive pre-engineered for the project, which can reduce installation time and heavy handling compared with conventional metal ductwork. Installation can often be planned around ongoing operations, although whether production can remain active depends on access, safety requirements and project scope.

Energy savings are project specific. In one FabricAir design comparison for a 25 × 25 m industrial hall, reducing pressure loss resulted in calculated fan-energy savings of up to 42.8%. This should not be treated as a universal saving, since actual performance depends on airflow, static pressure, fan efficiency and system design.
