FabricAir Welcomes Joachim Kienzler as Country Manager for DACH Region
FabricAir is pleased to announce the appointment of Joachim Kienzler as Country Manager for the DACH region, overseeing operations in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. With extensive experience in textile-based ventilation, business strategy, and customer-driven innovation, Kienzler will play a pivotal role in expanding FabricAir’s presence in the region and strengthening relationships with customers and partners.
Joachim Kienzler holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) from the University of Ulster, Northern Ireland, and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, USA. He began his career at Plaut International Management Consulting GmbH in Munich, where he specialized in business process optimization and ERP system implementation.
In 2005, he joined Kienzler Textile Ventilation GmbH, a well-established, family-owned company in the textile ventilation industry, first in a part-time role and then fully in 2011. Over two decades, he was instrumental in developing advanced calculation methods for textile ducts, pioneering CFD-based airflow analysis, and building together a strong network of partnerships across Germany, neighboring European countries, Turkey, and Saudi Arabia. Through his valuable involvement in shaping the company’s strategy and development, he supported Kienzler Textile Ventilation in establishing itself as a recognized market player in Germany.
With a deep understanding of HVAC solutions, textile duct technology, and customer needs, Mr. Kienzler’s appointment signals FabricAir’s commitment to delivering tailored air distribution solutions to customers in the DACH region.
