Fabrics
Fabrics for every application
There are many different fabric properties for many different applications. Some applications, like swimming pools, require permeable fabric, food processing may require anti-microbial fabric, and a high school gym may require a custom color fabric to match the school’s colors.
Further options include anti-static, flame retardant and impermeable, etc. FabricAir offers a wide variety of fabrics with different combinations of properties to match any application.
FabricAir also offers sustainable fabric options produced using dope dyed yarn technology – a process in which pigments are added to the polymer solution before the fibers are extruded, eliminating water-intensive dyeing steps.

Sustainable Fabrics
FabricAir offers fabrics produced using dope dyed yarn technology, supporting more responsible and efficient manufacturing.
In this process, pigments are added to the polymer solution before the fibers are extruded, eliminating traditional dye baths and significantly reducing environmental impact.
This method uses substantially less water, fewer chemicals, and lower energy consumption, supporting sustainable material sourcing.
Because the pigment becomes an inherent part of the yarn, the fabric provides excellent colorfastness and UV exposure.
