Governance Framework

Our Governance reporting is aligned with the EU Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). This comprehensive approach ensures that every area of our business impacted by sustainability is documented including our strategy, targets, products and services, and relationships across the value chain.

This includes Board oversight on ESG compliance and ethics, ESG experts guiding strategy and implementation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure sustainability is integrated throughout the company.
