Air distribution system in 2 weeks for rapidly constructed event center
FabricAir, a leading fabric-based air distribution solution manufacturer, partnered with ETCO Nigeria for one of their newest projects in one of the biggest cities of South-Eastern Nigeria. In cooperation with KMA Architects, the company is developing a brand-new event center and stadium complex in Okija, Anambra. For the event center, which will have a capacity of 6000 occupants, they wanted to create the best indoor environment and ensure the highest air quality possible, therefore they chose a fabric air distribution system from FabricAir. We are noticing that well-known architecture companies are more frequently choosing alternative HVAC solutions for their large scale projects. FabricAir engineering professionals created a tailored air distribution system for the event center with permeable, orange FabricAir Combi 20, which is composed out of 24 ducts with a total length of over 1100 meters. The draft-free air distribution solution is implemented with JetFlow and FabFlow airflow patterns and will supply a total airflow of 360.000 m³/h.
Besides the high-quality air distribution, FabricAir was chosen for one more reason. As the construction of a new event center and stadium complex is going at a rapid speed, short lead times were one of the decisive points as well. The proven experience of 2 weeks delivery time impressed the contractors and also attracted them to finalize this cooperation.
