A Comfortable and Efficient Workspace

In textile production, balanced airflow and stable conditions are critical. Dust, uneven temperatures, or drafts can disrupt production and reduce employee comfort. To address these challenges, FabricAir designed ducting solution using Combi 20 fabric with the MicroFlow airflow model.

The system distributes air gently and evenly along 45 meters of ducting at 20,000 m³/h, creating a draft-free environment that limits dust circulation and supports consistent quality on the production floor.

Energy Savings with Easy Maintenance

The installation operates at low pressure, which reduces energy use by up to 40% compared to metal ducts. For contractors, this means easier specification of a system that cuts operational costs for the end client while meeting high performance demands.
The ducts are lightweight and simple to install. They can also be easily taken down for regular washing, ensuring long-term hygiene and durability – features that add value for both installers and facility owners.

Supporting Worker Well-Being and Sustainability

For Penti Çorap, comfort and sustainability were priorities. The solution helps:

  • Keep airflow gentle and draft-free.
  • Minimize dust movement in yarn-intensive environments.
  • Maintain stable temperature and humidity to protect both staff and products.
  • Lower the company’s carbon footprint through reduced energy consumption.

Solution That Contractors Trust

This project shows how FabricAir delivers a reliable, easy-to-install solution that combines performance with sustainability. It demonstrates how fabric ducts can outperform traditional metal ducting in textile facilities and beyond.
