Hans Henrik Thrane Joins FabricAir as Group CFO
FabricAir is pleased to announce the appointment of Hans Henrik Thrane as our new Group Chief Financial Officer, effective June 10, 2025. Mr. Thrane will succeed Lars Bonnichsen, who will step down at the end of June after his dedicated tenure with the company.
The appointment comes at a crucial time as FabricAir implements an extensive new strategy plan over the coming years, requiring focused attention and full-time commitment. Mr. Thrane brings over two decades of international financial leadership experience to FabricAir’s executive team, with expertise in guiding global organizations through strategic growth.

As Group CFO, Mr. Thrane will oversee FabricAir’s global financial operations, working with the executive team to advance the company’s strategic initiatives and sustainable growth agenda. His experience in leading finance transformations and managing complex international financial structures aligns with FabricAir’s global presence and goals.

Mr. Thrane is a State Authorized Public Accountant with an MSc in Business Economics & Auditing from Copenhagen Business School, complemented by an Executive Board Education program from the same institution.
